• 2 tbsp Bachan’s Hot & Spicy
• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 1 tsp Island Stir Fry seasoning
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
Buffalo Style
• 1/3 cup favorite buffalo sauce
Dry Rub
• 1 tbsp Blackstone Steak House Seasoning
• 1 tsp Whiskey Burger Seasoning
• 1 tsp Bayou Blend
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1 - Prep the Wings
Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium heat. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel. Toss the wings in a drizzle of olive oil to coat lightly.
Step 2 - Cook the Wings
Spread the wings evenly on the griddle. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove the wings from the griddle and divide them into three equal portions.
Step 3 - Prepare the Flavors
1. Asian Style Wings
Mix all the Asian sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Toss one portion of wings in the sauce and return to the griddle for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
2. Buffalo Style Wings
Toss another portion of wings in your favorite buffalo sauce. Return to the griddle for 1-2 minutes to heat the sauce and coat the wings evenly.
3. Dry Rub Wings
