YOU LEAD YOUR POD. THAT MEANS DRIVING PARTICIPATION, HELPING MEMBERS IMPROVE, KEEPING COMMUNICATION ACTIVE, AND MAKING SURE YOUR SQUAD IS SHOWING UP CONSISTENTLY.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR MY POD’S PERFORMANCE?
YES. YOU DON’T CONTROL EVERYTHING, BUT YOU SET THE TONE. ENGAGEMENT, CONSISTENCY, AND CULTURE START WITH YOU.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BE COMMUNICATING WITH MY POD?
AT MINIMUM, WEEKLY. STRONG CAPTAINS CHECK IN CONSISTENTLY, NOT JUST WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG.
WHAT DOES “GOOD LEADERSHIP” ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE HERE?
CONSISTENCY, COMMUNICATION, RECOGNITION, AND ACCOUNTABILITY. IF YOUR POD IS ACTIVE, IMPROVING, AND ENGAGED—YOU’RE DOING IT RIGHT.
