24 oz baby potatoes
4 ears corn, cut into portions
1 lb Italian sausage, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, quartered
1 lb shrimp
4 snow crab clusters
Old Bay
1 beer
1 lemon
Garlic Herb Butter
1 stick unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1 - Melt butter, garlic and parsley in a small pot on the griddle. Meanwhile, on medium heat use water to steam potatoes and corn under a dome until potatoes are fork tender.
Step 2 - Add the sausage and onions to the potatoes and corn to cook through drizzling with a little of the melted butter and seasoning with Old Bay.
Step 3 - Add the snow crab clusters to the griddle using water to thaw if still frozen (see video) or directly to the vegetables if/or once thawed along with shrimp adding more butter and seasoning in layers tossing ingredients together.
Step 4 - Drizzle ¼-a whole beer around the seafood to help steam the shrimp and finish cooking everything. Adding the rest of the butter, Old Bay to taste and finish with the juice of ½ a lemon (reserving the other half to serve and garnish with). Serve FamilyStyle!
